Shop Policies
- We will not be able to change your order, your address, or enter coupon codes for a discount after you have placed your order. Please take caution when entering addresses and DOUBLE and TRIPLE check your order before placing it. If your order is sent to the wrong address and sent back to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to send the package again. If you have questions about an item, or your order, please email us BEFORE placing your order so we can help you.
- Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time period, we do not refund or cancel orders.
- Order processing time is 5-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed and made, it will ship through USPS. ** We currently do not have rush shipping.
- If a bow is out of stock you may receive a refund for the bow. You will be sent an email letting you know which bow was refunded.
- All sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, or the wrong item has been sent to you, please email us, and we will make it right! We are not responsible for lost packages. Once USPS has it in their possession, Hyma Store released from liability for lost, damaged, or delayed items. You will need to contact them and file a claim with them for your missing package. Hyma Store do not offer refunds for refused packages.
